PPRPal or Manifest6 is a a helper app for creating cross border private aviation declarations. It has grown out of OnlineGar.com which has served the General Aviation community for over a decade. The OnlineGar.com website will soon cease as a portal for submitting GARs – Manifest6/PPRpal will take over and offer more features for free. We apologise for numerous names – the mobile apps started out life as Manifest6 whereas the website was PPRPal.online or MyGAr.net. It is somewhat difficult to change all the entries on the various ‘app stores’ but we will get there !!
The apps are currently in trial mode and are not ‘live’ with UK Border Force yet. You can download and test both the desktop apps and the mobile apps – create a membership for yourself on this site then click on the download page. Currently to test the Apple Mac or iPhone/iPad apps you will have to submit your device UDID to us and hence Apple to receive an invitation to test (sorry – their rules!) You can now download the windows app from the windows store and install the android app via direct download

You are able to create your cross border documentation on a desktop as you plan your flight, then call up the details on the move on your iPad or Android phone. It provides facilities to import journey data from Flight Plans and scan PhotoID to enter crew/pax details and reuse previous submissions.
PprPal/Manifest6 is primarily a mobile/tablet app designed to bypass the web-based interface of OnlineGar.com. OnlineGar.com as a web interface for submitting UK Border Force Gars will be withdrawn over the next year. Users with accounts will be able to continue with all the benefits of OnlineGar such as ease of use by using the PprPal/Manifest6 app. You will still be able to save all details and create a GAR with a few clicks. In addition PprPal/Manifest6 app will be able to produce and submit official pdf forms for other jurisdictions such as Jersey, Guernsey, IoM, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium and for some ports of entry in France. It is planned to be a free app supported by advertising though that may change. See here for the main feature differences ‘features’
PprPal aka Manifest6 is currently in test mode. When it is ready to go live it will be a free app. However although our technical developer expertise is input for free (noone takes a fee) we have server and other incidentals to pay for. Therefore we are seeking sponsorship (advertising for such a niche app would be negligble) and if you find it a useful addition to your aviation electronics then please consider donating a few pounds
