Important Warning
From 25 February 2026 UKBF will enforce the ‘permission to travel’ system. The Manifest6 apps currently available on Apple store and Microsoft Store and Android are versions which simulate this system and send a UKBF Gar but are NOT yet live. They should NOT be used to send a real declaration They are only for testing.We expect the live apps to be published in weeks.  At the top of teh front page there will be a notice saying whether the app version is live or not. If not and we have published the live version you must remove the app and re-download

the Android version as an ‘apk’ file can be downloaded from here click on the logo. you should access thiss page using a browser on an android device . Th eOperating system on your android device will warn you that this may be a risk file. That is not the case and you may ignore the warnings and accept the install procedure which should follow download 

  1. 1 download using device on which you wish to install   – use the phone or tablet browser 
  2. ignore any warnings and go ahead with download 
  3. when the app file isdownloaded you will get a message to ‘open’
  4. the next choide should show open with ‘package installer’ ‘filemanager’   – choose package installer
  5. again a warning do you want to install this app (Note we are consolidating the name, depending on hte device it may be called Manifest6, PPRpal, or Mygar
  6. A popup will appear offering to open
  7. On the very first screen it will ask for access to your contacts – this is essential for the app to function if you miss it you will have to go into android settings, apps, find Manifest6/MyGar  and grant access to contacts
  8. Next it will ask you to enter you member username and password and if you wish set up a cloud service
  9. Process is similar for each different cloud service but you must use the same cloud servce AND account on the two devices you wish to sync 
  10. A warning pops up to tell you this
  11. next press back button to go to main menu
  12. At this point depending on the cloud service you may be taken into your default browser to accept with the cloud service that you grant the app access to your cloud service. This may involve 2 different screens and you will have to ‘tab’ back to the app  press on the three horizontal bars on Android navigation bar and find hte app again. you’re all set to go
