If you complete on behalf of the commander (PiC), for example you are sharing the flight then responsibility may be joint, but the named owner/operator is assumed to be the person responsible and the Pilot stated on the crew manifest is assumed to be the active commander. Both may be liable under the new Electronic Visa permission to travel system. You, the user are solely responsible for the information submitted. No data is changed or stored and is submitted as is to UKBF when a UKBF journey is involved. If there are errors, again the user is responsible for cancelling the submitted form. Service Availability: We make best endeavours to keep the service up and running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, we cannot guarantee the service will always be available.
