From 25 February 2026 UKBF will enforce the “permission to travel” system. The myGar/Manifest6 apps are available on Apple Store and Microsoft Store and the Android version is downloadable from this site.
You must remove any previous versions app and re-download. The approved operation start is set as 0900 utc 27 Feb 2026

Android Version (APK Download)

Download Android App The Android APK can be downloaded directly. You must open this page using an Android device browser. Android may warn that the file is unsafe; this is expected for manual APK installs.  Available now. .  LATEST ver 3.7.2   – a system upgrade addressing UI, synchronisation, pdf memory leakage.  (3.71-3.72 = minor correction of the copy previous gar facility)

remember to uninstall previous versions before re-downloading

Install Steps

  1. Download using the device you want to install onto.
  2. Accept any browser download warnings.
  3. Open the downloaded file.
  4. Select Package Installer.
  5. Confirm installation when prompted.
  6. Open the app.
  7. Allow Contacts access (required).
  8. Enter your member username and password.
  9. Choose a cloud sync service (must match across devices).
  10. Accept cloud permissions.
  11. Return to the main menu.
  12. If redirected to browser during cloud setup, switch back to the app.

Troubleshooting:
Some Android browsers do not show download notifications. If this happens, open your file manager and locate: com.dellinger.manifest6.apk in the Downloads folder. Click on it and it should invite you to install. You can ignore warnings about installing from third part sources
