From 25 February 2026 UKBF will enforce the ‘permission to travel’ system.The MyGar.net –
OnlineGAR.com does not comply with the UKBF requirement to check authorisation to travel whereas the apps do. OnlineGar.com will therefore no longer be able to submit GARs to UKBF via the web from the above date.
The Manifest6 apps currently available on Apple Store, Microsoft Store and Android are versions which simulate this system and send a UKBF GAR but are NOT yet live. They should NOT be used to send a real declaration — they are only for testing.
We expect the live apps to be published in weeks. At the top of the front page there will be a notice saying whether the app version is live or not. If not, and we have published the live version, you must remove the app and re-download.
During this initial period all new registrees will be treated as donors and will have access to all services through the apps.
Download and install
This site does not handle your GAR submissions. That is done via an app you must install on your chosen device/devices.
The Windows app is available on the Microsoft Store. The iOS (iPhone/iPad) app is available on Apple’s App Store, as is the Mac desktop/laptop version. The Android app can be downloaded here.

This is a free volunteer project now and does not depend on ‘server’ code and its demanding support, so apart from this webpage and some videos, a support service cannot be provided. Queries, bug reports and offers of help may be sent to [email]john.murray.gg@gmail.com[/email]
